Position: Business Development Executive / Manager

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Preference: Candidates with experience with Business development for Bulk SMS , Business Whatsapp & similiar cpass services.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a result-driven and proactive Business Development professional with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management. Candidates with prior experience in SMS Provider sector will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.

Present and promote the company’s services to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met.

Set, monitor, and achieve sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.

Prior experience with Bulk SMS, Business WhatsApp & similar cpaas services is preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
