Business Development Manager — Interior Fitout

Who We Are

Our Company is a Dubai-based fitout company in the middle of something deliberate: a rebrand, a restructure, and a reinvestment. The business is operational and the pipeline is real...but we're rebuilding the engine while the car is moving, and we want the right people on board before the lift goes up.

The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can open doors, represent the brand with confidence, and generate high-quality leads across high end residential and commercial fitout.

You won't be closing alone; you'll be working directly alongside Estimators and senior leadership on deals; but the expectation is clear: you bring the right people to the table. That's your job.

This role isn't desk-bound. You'll be out, visible, meeting people, building relationships, and converting your network and new connections into qualified opportunities. You set your own pace as long as the results follow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and pursuing residential and commercial fitout leads across Dubai
  • Representing the brand at meetings, site visits, networking events, and anywhere the right conversation can happen
  • Working social channels and LinkedIn actively...we'll support you with content, vidography, photography, and creative
  • Building a pipeline that's yours, with full leadership backing to help you close it
  • Feeding into our BD strategy as we grow the team around it

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Dubai with your own vehicle and the freedom to move around
  • Proven experience in sales or business development...design, fitout, interiors, real estate, or a closely related field is not preferred; it's a requirement.
  • A natural at relationship-building; the kind of person who makes a strong first impression and follows through
  • Self-directed, not someone who needs managing...you know what a good lead looks like and you go find it
  • Professional, presentable, and comfortable representing a brand at senior client level
  • Strong communicator in English; Arabic, or European Languages are an advantage
