We help businesses scale efficiently by delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive international client acquisition and long-term partnerships.
Role Summary
The Business Development Manager (International) will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing international clients. This role focuses on outbound and inbound sales, relationship building, and revenue growth across overseas markets. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, confident in client conversations, and experienced in selling services to international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential international clients through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals).
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, discovery calls, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Founders, Directors, CFOs, Operations Heads).
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored service-based solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client handover.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data and forecasts.
- Represent the company in international virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs in target geographies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (international clients preferred).
- Proven track record of closing international deals (UK, US, Europe, Australia, etc.).
- Experience selling services (outsourcing, consulting, SaaS, accounting, marketing, IT services preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with different time zones.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, or professional service firms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation.
- Understanding of offshore / remote service delivery models.
