We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – IT to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT services sales, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Promote IT solutions including web development, mobile applications, digital marketing, ERP, CRM, and custom software services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
- Experience in the UAE market is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.
