Logix Contact is hiring a Business Development Manager (IT Services) who can confidently engage with qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, present suitable service solutions, and convert prospects into paying clients.
This is a closing-focused role, not just a lead generation or appointment-setting position. We are looking for a confident and target-driven professional who understands how to communicate with potential clients, identify their business needs, present the right digital solutions, and close deals successfully.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the sales process from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure, while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads through chat, calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Understand client business goals, pain points, and project requirements
- Present suitable solutions across:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- CRM / Custom Software Solutions
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media Management
- Branding / Creative Services
- Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with local and international clients
- Prepare tailored proposals, pricing structures, and service recommendations
- Handle negotiations, objections, and deal closure professionally
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and client records in CRM or tracking tools
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Must-Have Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in IT services sales, digital agency sales, software house sales, or service-based B2B sales
- Proven ability to close deals, not just generate leads or set appointments
- Strong understanding of digital and IT services such as:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- CRM / Custom Software
- SEO / PPC / Social Media Marketing
- Branding / Creative Services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong written communication with experience in chat-based client handling
- Ability to confidently conduct:
- Discovery calls
- Client meetings
- Service presentations
- Pricing discussions
- Deal negotiations
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized approach to sales
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred
- Experience dealing with international clients is a plus
Important Note
This is a sales closing role.
We are specifically looking for candidates who can:
- Communicate with prospects confidently
- Understand client requirements

This role is not ideal for candidates whose experience is limited to:
- Lead generation only
- Appointment setting only
- Upwork bidding only without deal ownership
