Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager in UAE to help expand MantraCare’s presence across the UAE healthcare and corporate wellness market. In this role, you will be responsible for client acquisition, strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, healthcare sales, or corporate partnerships, with the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, universities, HR leaders, and decision-makers. You will play a key role in promoting MantraCare’s digital health, mental health, and wellness solutions to organizations across UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients, partners, universities, and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate HRs, clinics, hospitals, and wellness stakeholders.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and online meetings.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized MantraCare services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, recruitment) to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain and update CRM records consistently.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent MantraCare in online events, demos, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Partnerships.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, ed-tech, HR, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong online research and lead-generation skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
