Business Development Manager (Joinery & Fit-out)

We are seeking a high-energy, networked Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the interior fit-out and bespoke (Joinery & Fit-out)

sector. You won't just be "finding leads"; you will be the face of our craftsmanship, building lasting relationships with architects, consultants, and developers to secure high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and retail fit-out sectors.
• Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute active marketing campaigns to position our brand as a leader in the joinery industry.
• Network Expansion: Leverage and grow a high-level network of interior designers, project managers, and main contractors.
• Proposal Excellence: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client needs while maintaining healthy margins.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming tenders.
• Relationship Management: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract signing and handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of proven BD/Sales experience specifically within the Joinery or Interior Fit-out industry.
• Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and "opening doors" with Tier-1 contractors or consultants.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present complex proposals with confidence.
• Network: An existing, active database of contacts within the UAE. construction and design market.
