We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Business Setup

Location: Business Village, Block B, Deira, Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Blue Range is seeking a strategic and dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across the UAE and international markets. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic operator with proven experience in business setup services, sales leadership, and team development.

You will work directly with the CEO to execute expansion strategies, develop high-performing sales teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business setup expansio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement market expansion strategies across UAE and international jurisdictions
  • Identify growth opportunities, new market segments, and competitive advantages to drive revenue
  • Lead strategic initiatives to increase market share in both mainland and freezone company setups

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with business goals
  • Oversee lead generation, client acquisition, pipeline management, and deal closures
  • Maintain and expand a network of corporate clients, business partners, and government contacts
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Team Management & Mentoring

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of junior business advisors to achieve and exceed targets
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing performance management
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, performance, and professional growth within the team

Client & Process Management

  • Guide clients through the complete A TO Z Process of business setup lifecycle — from consultation to incorporation
  • Ensure top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction across all touchpoints
  • Maintain accurate records and updates using CRM and business development tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
  • Support the creation of marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to influence business direction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in business setup, sales management, or a related role in the UAE
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE company formation laws and procedures (mainland and free zones)
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Existing network of clients, partners, and industry contacts within the UAE
  • Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Fluent in English; Tagalog speaker preferred
