Business Development Manager - LAVIVID HAIR

1. Lead Conversion & Client Follow-up (Core)

· Follow up with qualified leads provided by the team and maintain consistent communication

· Understand client needs and guide them toward placing orders or initiating cooperation

· Manage the full follow-up process and drive leads to clear outcomes (order / partnership / decline)

2. Client Relationship & Account Growth

· Maintain relationships with existing salon clients and partners

· Identify opportunities to increase orders and deepen cooperation

· Support product recommendations based on client needs (non-technical)

3. Local Outreach & Opportunity Development

· Engage with local salons and industry contacts to build relationships and identify potential opportunities

· Participate in relevant local activities or networking opportunities to increase brand exposure

· Support initial outreach and connection building (no cold lead generation required)

4. Offline Events, Showroom Support & Key Client Meetings

· Support execution of offline events, pop-ups, and training sessions

· Invite and engage target clients, and follow up after events for conversion

· Handle showroom appointments, providing a welcoming and professional on-site experience

· Support basic product introduction and client guidance during visits (non-technical)

· Participate in occasional in-person meetings with key clients when needed

5. Content & Social Support (Salon Collaboration Focus)

· Support creation and posting of content related to salon collaboration, client cases, and local activities

· Assist in managing social media presence (e.g. Instagram) to enhance brand visibility in the salon space

· Capture and share insights from local market and client interactions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
