Duties

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams on project management tasks to ensure seamless delivery of legal services tailored to client needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, strategic planning, and project management.
- Familiarity with marketing principles relevant to legal services and experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
