Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager specializing in Legal Services to join our growing team. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand the firm's client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Lead sales initiatives by utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote legal services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on project management tasks to ensure seamless delivery of legal services tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business development efforts, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles relevant to legal services and experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of legal industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,797.66 - $65,000.00 per year
