Trajital is Hiring: Business Development Manager (Local Pakistani Market)
Trajital is looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in local sales and client acquisition, preferably from a marketing/advertising agency background. This is a hands on, field focused role involving client meetings, proposal discussions, and closing local business.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years experience in business development or client facing sales
- Marketing/advertising agency experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field meetings and direct client interaction
- Ability to independently manage and move a sales pipeline
- Execution mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new local business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and requirement discussions
- Prepare and present proposals and pricing
- Manage follow ups and drive deals toward closure
- Maintain pipeline visibility and activity reporting
Location: NASTP, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Days: Monday - Friday + Alternate Saturdays Full-Time | On-Site
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 + Commission (performance-based)
