Business Development Manager. We are currently looking for an experienced BDM for Lubricant and Petroleum Products

LUBRICANTS FIELD EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Key responsibilities:

  • Increase market share and build a strong brand presence
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities not limited only to the lubricants market.
  • Implement data driven sales initiatives to enhance revenue & business development
  • Identify potential partners across various regions
  • Supervise and lead Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators
  • Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to the team.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Set clear, achievable performance targets for sales team and monitor their progress
  • Monitor sales reports, new leads, enhance new business growth and
  • Provide leadership, Manage and mentor a high-performing team
  • Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding our products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Present, promote, and sell Amco products to potential clients using persuasive sales techniques.

Required Skills/Experience:

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants is a plus.

Ability to manage a team of Sale professionals.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
