Business Development Manager

(Luxury Travel & Concierge, Maldives & UAE)

We’re seeking a professional with deep understanding of the Maldivian luxury travel industry, someone who can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships and craft experiences that redefine luxury.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury resorts, private aviation companies, travel agencies, and concierge partners.
• Identify new B2B and B2C opportunities within the Maldives and GCC markets.
• Manage negotiations, proposals, and contracts with high-end hospitality partners.
• Support marketing collaborations, special travel campaigns, and VIP client experiences.
• Coordinate with resort partners for reservations, packages, and brand placements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Maldivian resort or luxury travel industry.
• Deep understanding of Dubai and Maldives resort network, logistics, and hospitality culture.
• Established connections with resorts, DMCs, and local travel operators.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High organizational level and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Passionate about luxury travel, hospitality, and personalized client experiences.
