Business Development Manager – Marble Industry

About Us:
We are a leading marble factory specializing in high-quality marble products for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong connections in the marble industry. The ideal candidate knows clients, suppliers, and contractors and can help grow our business and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marble sector.

· Have a solid client network and proven experience in the marble industry.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and suppliers.

· Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.

· Collaborate with the team to support marketing and promotional activities.

· Ensure proper follow-up with clients to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

· Provide management with regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in the marble industry with strong client relationships.

· Knowledge of marble products, applications, market trends, and the construction sector.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Target-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker with a track record of achieving sales goals.

· Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

· Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Strong network with contractors, architects, interior designers, and suppliers in the region.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

· Valid UAE driving license preferred.

· Experience working in the UAE market is essential.
