We help them rank on Google, dominate local search, and build systems that bring in clients consistently. We are growing fast and we need someone who can grow with us.
This is not a corporate agency with layers of management. You will work directly with the founder. Your work will have real impact from day one.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who owns the entire sales function from the first touch to the signed contract.
You are not an appointment setter. You are not a lead warmer. You find real prospects, you reach out cold, you build the relationship, you handle objections, and you close. The founder joins final calls for support, but everything before that is yours.
If you have spent years at an agency watching leads come in through someone else's efforts and just booking calls, this is not the right fit. We want someone who has built something, who has gone out and created opportunities that did not exist before, and who can prove it.
What You Will Do
- Identify and research potential clients in our target niches across the US, including personal injury law firms, medspas, and local service businesses
- Run cold outreach on LinkedIn and Facebook daily, writing your own messages and sequences
- Make cold calls to US prospects and handle the full conversation from intro to interest
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline without being told to
- Qualify prospects, run intro calls, present our services, and handle objections
- Work toward closing deals independently with founder support on final calls
- Test new outreach strategies, track what works, and share findings weekly
- Manage all pipeline activity in CRM and report clearly daily
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outreach in a marketing or SEO agency environment
- You must have directly contributed to scaling an agency, not just worked at one. We want to see how many clients you brought in, how much revenue you added, and over what timeframe
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing. You need to speak confidently on a sales call about rankings, local search, and lead generation without reading from a script
- Proven cold calling experience targeting US businesses. You know how to get past gatekeepers, handle objections live, and keep a prospect on the line
- LinkedIn outreach experience including Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Comfortable with Facebook outreach and community-based prospecting
- Excellent written and spoken English. Your messages and calls are going to US business owners and lawyers. The standard is high
- Creative thinker who finds angles others miss and writes outreach that actually gets replies
- Someone who takes ownership, does not wait for instructions, and treats the pipeline like their own business
- Proof of results is mandatory. Do not apply if you cannot show specific numbers from a previous agency role
What We Offer
- Base salary: PKR 70,000 to 120,000 per month depending on experience
- Commission on every closed deal with no cap
- Performance-based salary increases every 6 months
