INDUPROJ is an international industrial contractor specialized in the erection and installation of complex mechanical and structural equipment, piping systems, and tanks, with strong expertise in mining, bulk material handling, oil & gas, and heavy industrial projects across Africa and the Middle East.
As part of our expansion in the Middle East, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of our activities in Oman, Saudi Arabia, and across the wider Middle East region.

Location: Sohar, Oman
Region: Middle East
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and industrial players (oil & gas, mining, bulk handling, heavy industry)
• Promote INDUPROJ’s capabilities in SMPP installation, tanks, heavy lifting, piping, industrial erection, and material handling equipment (including shiploaders and unloaders)
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and tender opportunities
• Ensure company registration and prequalification with major end clients and EPC contractors, and manage vendor registration processes
• Lead commercial discussions and support contract negotiations
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare competitive and technically sound proposals
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements
Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within EPC or industrial projects
• Minimum 15 years of total experience in mining and/or oil & gas project environments
• Proven experience in mining and/or oil & gas sectors is mandatory
• Strong network in Oman, Saudi Arabia, and/or the Middle East (oil & gas, mining, bulk handling, heavy industry)
• Good understanding of industrial construction scopes (mechanical, structural, piping, heavy lifting, material handling equipment)
• Proven track record in securing projects and developing long-term client relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Willingness to be based in Oman and travel across the region
