We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Medical Business Development Manager will spearhead efforts to expand Medplus Clinic UK's presence across the healthcare landscape by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic B2B and B2C partnerships, and promoting a full suite of medical services. This role combines clinical expertise with commercial strategy, ideal for professionals from Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medical backgrounds with a passion for sales and market development in the UK healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and clinical services market.
  • Forge partnerships with GP practices, pharmacies, diagnostic labs, private clinics, and corporate clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic service promotion and client acquisition.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and institutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for B2B and B2C clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Service Promotion:

  • Promote the full range of Medplus Clinic services, including private GP consultations, vaccinations, diagnostics, health screenings, and occupational health packages.
  • Organize and deliver presentations, service demos, and informational sessions to stakeholders and partners.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and service gaps.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership for business planning. Operations & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure smooth on boarding and integration of new business.
  • Maintain CRM systems and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Degree / diploma in Bio-Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharmacy) or medicine.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, medical sales, or healthcare partnerships.
  • Experience in the UK healthcare sector is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of clinical services, pharmaceutical sales, and primary care operations.
  • Proven ability to increase B2B and B2C revenues in the healthcare industry.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and remotely.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (such as Salesforce and HubSpot), and digital sales tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • in Health Care Sector : 2 years (Preferred)
