Business Development Manager Medical Billing

Join our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth in the Medical Billing/RCM industry.

Location: I-9/3 ISLAMABAD - Onsite

Work Hours: 5PM -2AM

Required Experience (2–5 Years):

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Medical Billing Business Development / RCM Sales
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation & outreach
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoon Info/HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce for pipeline management
• Experience with email outreach tools (Apollo / Instantly / Mailchimp) for client acquisition campaigns
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting, tracking & sales performance analysis
• Knowledge of Medical Billing software (Kareo, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows & US healthcare billing processes
• Experience handling end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation & closing deals
• Exposure to healthcare providers, clinics & US-based clients preferred
