Business Development Manager (Medical Billing & RCM Specialist)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (Medical Billing Specialist) to support our growth in the US healthcare market.

This role is focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth within the medical billing and RCM industry. The ideal candidate understands healthcare operations and can confidently engage with US-based healthcare providers.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US medical billing and RCM market
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle (lead to closure)
  • Understand client pain points in billing, coding, denials, and cash flow
  • Present CloudRCM Solutions services in a clear, value-driven manner
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategy
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance metrics
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • Strong understanding of Medical Billing, RCM, or Healthcare Industry workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry (US healthcare exposure preferred)
  • Understanding of payer systems, claim lifecycle, and denial management
  • Background in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Sales
