Business Development Manager – MEP Services

The Opportunity

Are you a well-networked professional with a deep understanding of the MEP scape? We Are looking for a Business Development Manager who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and aggressive market growth. We don't just want a "lead generator"; we want a strategic partner to expand our footprint in the commercial, residential, and industrial MEP sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Identify and secure high-value MEP projects (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems).
  • Strategic Networking: Leverage your existing high-level relationships with Property Developers, Main Contractors, Architects, and MEP Consultants.
  • The "Win" Process: Lead the pre-qualification (PQD) process and coordinate with the estimation team to ensure our proposals are technically sound and commercially competitive.
  • Market Intelligence: Track upcoming tenders and identify "off-market" opportunities before they go to public bid.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Industry Expert: Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Business Development specifically within MEP Services.
  • The "Network": You must bring an active, "warm" database of contacts within the UAE MEP industry.
  • Proven Results: A track record of increasing company revenue by at least 20–30% year-on-year in previous roles.
  • Communication: Fluent in English or other languages are a massive plus for local negotiations).
  • Base Salary: [AED 15,000 – ] ( Plus Commission .Depending on experience and network).
  • Incentives: High-tier commission structure based on successfully secured and signed contracts.
  • Autonomy: The freedom to shape our marketing strategy and lead the BD department.
  • Resources: Full support from our in-house estimation and engineering teams.

Experience Level: Mid-to-Senior
