- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's product offerings within the specified regions at Kalinga - Engineered Marbles
- Build and execute strategic plans to drive growth and market presence across these product lines, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
- Generate business through Architects, Interior Designers& if required with Contractors, Builders. Generate business through Architect by presenting the products, securing specifications, and influencing product selection for projects.
- Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee key account management to drive repeat business and client loyalty.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models that support business objectives.
- Manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust business strategies and enhance market positioning.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team effectively represents the company's products and services.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Sales Support & Client Retention:
- Oversee Pre installation guidance & post Installation services, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and initiate corrective actions to improve customer retention and product satisfaction.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-ups and tailored support to ensure long-term business success.
- Revenue & Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for business development activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximized revenue generation.
- Work towards achieving sales targets, fostering the growth of companies product lines and ensuring profitable outcomes.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and improve business development tactics.
- Use data insights and feedback to anticipate market shifts and adjust strategies proactively.
