Role Summary
We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in the development and manufacturing of nutraceutical and c
osmeceutical
products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ingredients, processes, and regulatory standards, enabling them to develop credible strategies and identify new business opportunities in solid dosage forms—particularly capsules and powders.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for product development and manufacturing services, with a focus on solid dosage forms (capsules, powders, tablets).

Lead technical discussions with manufacturers, translating formulation and process challenges into feasible project plans.

Collaborate with internal and external R&D, Production, and Quality teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, compliant, and profitable.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical development and manufacturing.

Prepare and present technical and business proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.

Support the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial inquiry through to product launch and commercial supply.
Requirements

Pharm-D degree or relevant.

4–5 years of direct, hands-on experience in
nutraceutical and cosmeceutical
product development and manufacturing within the industry.

Proven practical experience in capsule formulation, manufacturing processes, and scale-up. Familiarity with related machinery is essential.

End-to-end production process knowledge—from raw material sourcing to finished product release.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
