We are now looking for a Business Development Manager and Online Bidder who can help us build strong client relationships, bring in new projects and support our ongoing expansion.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, preparing proposals, managing client communication and winning projects through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn and email outreach.

You will play a key part in bringing new clients onboard and making sure they have a great experience from the first interaction to the final handshake.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation and Outreach
  • Find and approach new leads on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn and email.
  • Communicate with potential clients daily.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.


Online Bidding and Proposal Writing
  • Write clear and tailored proposals, cover letters and project estimates.
  • Bid regularly on projects related to web development, digital marketing, SEO, branding and automation.
  • Make sure proposals match the client’s needs and company capabilities.


Client Communication and Sales
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare accurate scopes and solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines and deliverables.
  • Convert leads into successful projects.


Relationship Building and Account Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with current and past clients.
  • Follow up through WhatsApp, email, Zoom or LinkedIn.
  • Keep clients updated before and after_sales.


Market Research and Strategy
  • Study market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Suggest improvements in sales approach, packages and pricing.
  • Track KPIs and share weekly performance updates.


Coordination and Collaboration
  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams.
  • Communicate requirements clearly and ensure smooth project handovers.


Required Skills and Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or online bidding.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn and B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent English communication, writing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand digital services such as websites, SEO, PPC, social media, branding and automation.
  • Experience handling international clients.
  • Good organisational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Make.com or Zapier.
  • Experience in digital agencies, SaaS or tech environments.
  • Ability to create basic project documents or SOWs.
  • Understanding of digital funnels and conversions.
