Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Oracle domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle products and solutions, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in generating revenue through new business acquisition and existing account expansion. This is a client-facing role based in Jaipur, requiring strategic thinking, market analysis, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oracle domain, including Cloud (Fusion, HCM, ERP, SCM), Apps, and technical solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored Oracle solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and RFP responses to clients.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the Oracle domain.
- Strong understanding of Oracle solutions, including Cloud applications, ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.
- Proven experience in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with offshore and technical teams.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or relevant sales/business development certification is a plus.
