We are seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and grow our POS (Point of Sale) sales channel. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our POS solutions to retailers, restaurants, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for POS systems across target verticals (retail, F&B, services).
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct product demos and presentations (on-site or virtually).
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals with decision-makers.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Develop channel partnerships with ISVs, resellers, and payment processors.
- Coordinate with onboarding, support, and technical teams for smooth client implementation.
- Track KPIs and report regularly on sales performance and forecast.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in POS, fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, payments, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- CRM experience (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot).
- Self-starter, adaptable, and results-driven.

Projected Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
