Business Development Manager – Precast Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for our precast concrete products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, consultants like IPC, Architects, Structural, contractors, and developers, and achieving revenue targets in the precast and construction market.The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to B2B sales in precast, RMC, construction materials, or structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in precast concrete products.

2. Generate leads from builders, developers, EPC contractors, and consultants.

3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

4. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to clients.

5. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.

6. Track upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, structural consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular client visits and site meetings.
  • Handle client negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Tendering & Project Coordination:

  • Participate in tender reviews and bid submissions.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams.
  • Follow up on project execution and payment collection.
  • Monitor order pipeline and sales forecasting.
  • Analyze market trends in precast and construction sectors.
  • Identify new product opportunities and market segments.
  • Provide feedback to management on pricing and strategy

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of precast concrete products and applications.
  • Proven B2B sales experience in construction materials.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong network with builders, developers, and consultants.
  • Good understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
  • Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.*
  • Self-driven with target-oriented mindset.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering /Architectural Engineering / Structural Engineering / MBA (Marketing preferred)
  • Additional sales or business development certifications are an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in construction / precast / RMC / building materials sales.
  • Experience in project sales is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Revenue achievement vs target.
  • New client acquisition.
  • Order book growth
  • Conversion ratio of leads.
  • Collection efficiency.
  • Market penetration in assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
