Redolent Recycling is an ISO-certified organization specializing in the secure disposal & recycling, of IT equipment and electronic waste.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build strong partnerships, and accelerate the growth of our e-waste recycling and IT asset recovery services. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Pitch Redolent’s recycling, and ITAD services to potential clients.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in recycling, IT, logistics, or sustainability sectors).
• Strong understanding of UAE corporate landscape and B2B market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
