Compensation: 2500-3000 AED (per month) + Commission (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

Redolent Recycling is an ISO-certified organization specializing in the secure disposal & recycling, of IT equipment and electronic waste.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build strong partnerships, and accelerate the growth of our e-waste recycling and IT asset recovery services. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders across industries.
• Relationship Building: Develop, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and collaborative partners.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, interactions, client information, and business activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different companies and internal teams to develop mutually beneficial initiatives.
• Pipeline Development: Identify new markets, opportunities, and areas for business expansion.
• Proposal & Presentation Support: Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in sustainability and recycling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in business development, client relations, or sales (recycling/environmental sector a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and maintain detailed records.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
