Business Development Manager (RAK)

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Position: Full-Time
Salary: AED 5,000 above plus commission

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our professional team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing new client relationships specifically for Audit and Assurance Services. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients requiring Audit and Assurance services across various sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, business partners, and referral networks.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to audit engagements.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored audit proposals and presentations.
• Attend business networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to enhance company visibility.
• Track and report on sales performance and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Ensure that all client interactions align with company values, ethics, and professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in business development or client acquisition within audit, accounting, or professional services firms.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, local business environment, and client compliance needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.
