Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market footprint. You will be the face of Pathfinder GIBS Group, responsible for generating leads, closing high-value deals, and cultivating long-term relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners. Your deep understanding of the real estate lifecycle—from primary sales to commercial leasing—will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation

Identify and acquire new clients for the company’s real estate portfolio (Residential, Commercial, or Luxury projects).

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closing.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Channel Partner & Network Management

Build, manage, and motivate a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, and agents) to ensure a consistent flow of business.

Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with channel partners to update them on new project launches and market trends.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends.

Provide feedback to the management on pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategies based on client interaction.
4. Client Relationship Management

Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the buying/leasing process.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update the CRM with accurate data.

Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure retention and referrals.
5. Brand Representation

Represent Pathfinder GIBS Group at industry events, property exhibitions, and networking meets.

Uphold the professional standards and ethics associated with the GIBS brand.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Masters/ Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Minimum [8-15] years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development/ Sales
- Track Record: Must have a verifiable history of achieving sales targets in the primary real estate market.
Key Skills & Competencies

Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market dynamics, pricing, and regulations (RERA).

Negotiation Skills: Expert in deal structuring and closing.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.

Network: A strong existing database of HNI clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and digital marketing tools.
