Business Development Manager - Real Estate Sales

Position Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate
Location: Head Office, SMCHS, Karachi | Dany Craft Tower
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead a sales team, drive client acquisition, and close high-value property deals. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives.
  • Drive sales strategy and ensure team targets are met.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property visits.
  • Develop new sales channels and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
  • Report sales performance to management regularly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Team sales target achievement ≥ 90% monthly.
  • Close 8–10 property deals per month personally.
  • Acquire 15+ new clients per month.
  • 1–3 client meetings daily.
  • Business target achievement: PKR 50M monthly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales/business development.
  • Proven record of closing high-value property deals.
  • Strong leadership and client management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
