The Opportunity

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in recruitment sales. You will be responsible for generating new business through cold outreach, building a strong pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships within the UK market.

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

  • 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment sales or agency business development
  • Proven success in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Strong experience in lead generation (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
  • Experience using CRM systems and email marketing tools
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
  • Build and manage prospect lists through data scraping and research
  • Identify client hiring needs and position recruitment solutions effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with UK or international Recruitment clients
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring cycles
