Business Development Manager – Residential & Commercial Projects

PATSA Pakistan is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our residential and commercial projects portfolio, covering waterproofing systems, tile adhesives, repair mortars, epoxy flooring, and allied construction solutions.

This is a field-oriented, project-driven role involving close coordination with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and applicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business across residential and commercial construction projects
• Identify projects at pre-construction and execution stages
• Promote PATSA’s waterproofing, tiling, repair, and epoxy systems
• Drive specifications with consultants and architects
• Manage contractor and applicator relationships through execution
• Coordinate quotations, technical support, and site follow-ups
• Track sales pipeline, project status, and monthly targets
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business
• 5+ years experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, tile adhesives, flooring, or building materials
• Strong understanding of site execution and construction workflows
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and developers
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
