We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, develop strategic sales plans, and support the expansion of our restaurant operations in Doha. The ideal candidate has strong commercial awareness, leadership skills, and proven success in increasing sales and profitability within the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies
- Identify new revenue opportunities (corporate catering, partnerships, family offers, delivery platforms)
- Increase overall restaurant sales and profitability
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and KPIs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Lead promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Optimize pricing strategies and cost control
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event organizers
- Work closely with operations team to improve customer experience

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in restaurant management or business development
- Proven track record of increasing revenue
- Strong analytical and financial understanding
- Experience in Qatar or GCC market preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
