We're hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into Saudi Arabia's shopping mall vertical. This is a ground-floor opportunity in the Saudi market to dominate a unique segment with no direct mall-focused competitor.

🎯 The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and close partnerships with shopping mall operators across Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will:

β€’ Drive business growth by building strategic partnerships with mall operators and retail property developers

β€’ Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature

β€’ Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives (Mall CEOs, COOs, Marketing Directors)

β€’ Expand our platform's presence in the Saudi mall market through targeted account development


πŸ’° Compensation Package

β€’ Gross Total Package: SAR 18,000 - 22,000 per month (SAR 216K - 264K annually) – Inclusive of basic salary, housing, and transportation allowances

β€’ Target OTE (On-Target Earnings): SAR 240,000 - 350,000+ annually

β€’ Commission: Highly competitive percentage of closed deal value (ACV), fully uncapped

β€’ Accelerators: Lucrative commission accelerators for exceeding annual targets

Partnership Acquisition:

β€’ Identify, engage, and close new partnerships with shopping mall operators and retail property developers across Saudi Arabia

β€’ Consistently achieve and exceed annual ACV targets

β€’ Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities

β€’ Conduct field visits to malls across KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Mecca) - up to 50% domestic travel

Sales Cycle Management:

β€’ Manage full partnership cycle: Lead Gen β†’ Discovery β†’ Demo β†’ Proposal β†’ Negotiation β†’ Signature

β€’ Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives

β€’ Lead RFP responses and contract negotiations with legal coordination

β€’ Prepare tailored commercial offers demonstrating ROI for mall operators

Relationship Building:

β€’ Build and maintain long-term relationships with Mall CEOs, General Managers, Marketing Directors, and IT Heads

β€’ Become a trusted advisor on loyalty strategy and shopper engagement

β€’ Represent Sharee Coin at industry events, mall conferences, and retail summits

Internal Collaboration:

β€’ Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and Product teams for market feedback

β€’ Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding post-sale

β€’ Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reports in Salesforce CRM


βœ… Qualifications

Education & Experience:

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

β€’ 3-5 years of required experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management

β€’ Proven track record in closing strategic, high-value deals

β€’ Valid driving license (Saudi license and personal transportation required, OR the ability to obtain both immediately upon relocation to KSA)

β€’ Preferred: Experience selling to retail/real estate verticals, SaaS, loyalty platforms, or fintech

Languages:

β€’ Arabic: Native or bilingual fluency (MANDATORY - written and spoken)

β€’ English: Professional working proficiency

Skills:

β€’ Technical: CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), ability to articulate technical integrations to non-technical audiences

β€’ Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, strong negotiation, tactical execution discipline, and high resilience
