Role Overview

Paklogics is seeking a Business Development Manager with strong hands-on experience in government RFPs and tenders. The role focuses on lead generation, proposal management, and successfully closing high-value IT and software projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and respond to government and corporate RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Prepare proposals, costings, and presentations in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT services sales or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork is a plus (optional).
  • Solid understanding of RFPs and government tenders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results.
