Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in CRM, ERP, Cloud Software ,SaaS Solutions / IT Sales who can drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and capable of working closely with internal technical and operations teams.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HMS (Hospital management system) / HIS (Hospital Information System),
- Handle complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Like Hospital owners / dealer and distributors
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution after closure.
- Maintain market awareness and identify new business trends and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in CRM , ERP/Cloud Software/ IT Sales or Technology Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle B2B sales and enterprise clients.
- Good understanding of IT solutions, software, or technology services.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in solution selling or consultative sales approach.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
