Business Development Manager - Sales

A Sales Development Manager drives revenue growth by acquiring new clients (architects, designers, developers), nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets for our interior designing products. They'll be managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations to negotiations and closing deals, often working within luxury or commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

·Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, research and industry events.

·Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers and contractors to ensure repeat business.

·Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets.

·Product Presentations: Conduct demonstrations and meetings, highlighting product features to clients.

·Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, prepare quotations and close sales contracts.

·Collaboration: Coordinate with design, operations and logistics teams for smooth order execution and project delivery.

·Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client preferences to adapt strategies.

Requirements:

·Experience: 3–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or the interior design industry, preferably with premium brands.

·Skills: Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

·Network: Existing network with architects, interior designers or contractors is a major plus.

·Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field.

·Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Common Qualifications:

·Experience with luxury interior products (lighting, furniture, veneers).

·Proactive "hunter" mindset, capable of managing complex, high-value projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
