Business Development Manager | Sales

This position is about more than sales. It is about building trust, opening doors, and forming long-term partnerships.

You Will

• Develop new business opportunities with developers, architects, and real estate marketing agencies.
• Build strong professional relationships with key decision-makers.
• Represent Shadowplay in meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Identify new markets and contribute to the studio’s expansion strategy.
• Work closely with the leadership and creative team to align client expectations with production capabilities.
• Manage and structure the sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.

Shadowplay is a creative visualization studio dedicated to helping developers and architects present their projects with clarity, emotion, and impact. Through high-end 3D imagery, cinematic animations, and interactive solutions, we support real estate marketing at the highest level.

As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who understands both people and the creative industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales within creative agencies, CGI studios, architecture, or real estate sectors.
• Understanding of how 3D visualization projects are structured, priced, and delivered.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• A confident and approachable personality who enjoys building meaningful professional relationships.
• Strategic thinking combined with a proactive mindset.
