We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Business Development Manager who thrives in a target-based environment. The ideal candidate has strong market connections, understands B2B sales cycles, and is passionate about converting opportunities into long-term revenue partnerships.
This role is focused on lead generation, pipeline building, and closing strategic partnerships that contribute directly to company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business partnerships to grow platform revenue
- Generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, networking, and market research
- Build and execute structured B2B email outreach sequences to engage potential partners
- Use LinkedIn prospecting strategies to connect with decision makers such as marketing heads, founders, and brand managers
- Manage and track all sales activities through CRM systems, maintaining a structured sales pipeline
- Build and manage a sales funnel from lead generation to partner conversion
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and partnership negotiations
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships that generate recurring business opportunities
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and conversion rates through data and CRM insights
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in the Doha market, preferably in business development, advertising, media, or digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to generate B2B leads and convert them into paying clients
- Strong network and connections with marketing managers, brand owners, and decision-makers in Qatar
- Proven track record of building a sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets
- Experience creating and managing technical email outreach sequences for B2B prospecting
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, social selling, and strategic outreach
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and sales funnels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment
