About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for launching and promoting Solinteg Inverter in the Pakistani market. This is a key role that requires someone who can build relationships, drive sales, and position Solinteg as a top choice among solar installers, dealers, and distributors across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the market introduction and brand launch of Solinteg Inverter in Pakistan
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow brand awareness
• Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners across the country
• Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installers, contractors, and project developers
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for potential clients and partners
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the company at solar industry events, expos, and trade shows
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management
• Coordinate with the import and logistics team to ensure smooth product availability

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales
• Solar industry experience is mandatory
• Strong existing network of solar dealers, distributors, or installers is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel across Pakistan for business development activities
