Product - Structural Steel (MS Angles, Channels, Beams, Sheets, Plates, Flats, Etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage Structural product sales across the allocated region, driving growth through effective strategies and strong execution.
- Develop and manage sales through channel partners, builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
- Take full ownership of individual sales targets, including market penetration and revenue generation.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new clients and distributors to expand market presence and coverage.
- Strategically manage product pricing for the region based on market dynamics, competitor positioning, and customer feedback.
- Lead and execute branding and marketing activities in the Chennai market to improve product visibility and customer recall.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and proactively monitor performance metrics for timely course corrections.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely deal closures.
- Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to clients related to product specifications, applications, and benefits.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.

- Proven experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials sector.
- Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and close deals with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving attitude, especially in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Tamil and English; ability to communicate effectively with local and regional clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives in the assigned territory.
