Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Approach and convert clients operating on Amazon, eBay, Fiverr, Upwork, Walmart, and Shopify.
- Craft personalized proposals and messages that convert into business deals.
- Understand clients’ requirements in IT services, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing, and pitch relevant service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and bidding targets.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Upwork Bidder in IT services, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Proven experience writing compelling proposals and winning projects on Upwork.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Must be comfortable working on-site at our office.
- Strong understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
