Business Development Manager / Upwork Bidder – IT & E-commerce Services

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to generate qualified leads.
  • Approach and convert clients operating on Amazon, eBay, Fiverr, Upwork, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Craft personalized proposals and messages that convert into business deals.
  • Understand clients’ requirements in IT services, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing, and pitch relevant service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and bidding targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Upwork Bidder in IT services, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Proven experience writing compelling proposals and winning projects on Upwork.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be comfortable working on-site at our office.
  • Strong understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
