Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Work Type: In-House Only (No Remote / No Hybrid)

Shift: Night Shift

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Creating and executing strategies to grow revenue and client base on Upwork

• Finding new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships

• Collaborating with internal teams for top-tier delivery and client satisfaction

• Tracking market trends and performance for continuous improvement

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Proven experience in Upwork business development

• Strong communication and client engagement skills

• Results-driven, proactive and strategic mindset

• Comfortable working night shift hours

• Expertise in Web Development, Mobile Apps, Graphic Design and major CMS platforms
