We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who can actively secure CSR opportunities in the US market and help us scale our client base.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, applying for, pitching, and closing US-based CSR roles and support contracts . This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who understands how US hiring and outsourcing works and can independently drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply for and secure US-based CSR jobs and customer support contracts via platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, direct outreach, and company career pages
  • Identify potential US clients looking to outsource or hire remote customer support teams
  • Prepare and customize proposals, pitches, and outreach messages for US companies
  • Communicate with US clients via email, LinkedIn, and video calls to close deals
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding of CSR resources once a deal is secured
  • Maintain a pipeline of active leads and report weekly progress
  • Build long-term client relationships to enable repeat business and expansion
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales
  • Strong understanding of US market hiring practices , especially for customer support roles
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience applying for jobs/contracts on LinkedIn, Upwork, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with BPO, customer support, or staffing services is a strong plus
