A. Planning and Prospecting Responsibilities
(Focus: Market research, lead identification, initial contact, CRM tracking)
· Conduct research to identify potential clients and project opportunities in the commercial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.
· Generate leads through cold calling, client referrals, social media, real estate connections, etc.
· Maintain and update a personal lead database; coordinate with the Head of Sales to align with the broader sales pipeline strategy.
· Schedule and plan client meetings, site visits, and brief-taking sessions in coordination with the Head of Sales.
· Assist in preparing preliminary sales reports, market insights, and competitor information for review by the Head of Sales.
· Regularly update CRM entries with accurate and timely data on all client interactions, tasks, and follow-ups.
B. Client Engagement and Coordination
(Focus: Relationship building, proposal coordination, closing support)
· Initiate and build rapport with potential clients; understand their design requirements, budget, and project timelines.
· Present company credentials, portfolios, and capability decks to prospective clients.
· Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Estimation, Technical) to ensure timely submission of proposals and BOQs.
· Follow up with clients on submitted proposals, clarifications, and negotiations.
· Support in deal closure activities and ensure that all documentation and agreements are properly routed to the Head of Sales and internal teams.
· Work closely with project and operations teams for the smooth transition of awarded projects.

C. Reporting and Collaboration
(Focus: Sales activity tracking, team alignment, feedback sharing)
· Report weekly lead progress, client feedback, and competitor activities and proposal status.
· Participate in weekly sales meetings and planning sessions.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and inform the Head of Sales for strategic action.
· Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events as a representative.
· Contribute to marketing content by providing project updates, testimonials, and success stories.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
