Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving franchise expansion for a food retail brand. The role focuses on lead conversion, franchise partner acquisition, and business growth through direct B2C sales. This is a target-driven, field-oriented role suited for candidates with strong sales closure skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and close franchise sales leads.
  • Explain franchise business model, investment structure, ROI, and support system to prospects.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential franchise partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end franchise sales cycle from enquiry to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, follow-ups, and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with operations, legal, and marketing teams for franchise launch.
  • Support franchise partners during onboarding and initial setup.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales / franchise sales / retail or food industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills.
  • Comfortable with targets, incentives, and field sales.
  • Basic understanding of food retail or franchise business models preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and franchise discussions.
