Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at SKI Projects, the selected candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our real estate business through lead generation, client relationship management, market analysis, and sales development. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and industry events, social media campaigns.
- Develop strategies for client acquisition, including cold calling, presentations, and meetings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand clients' needs and offer tailored real estate solutions, whether residential, commercial, or investment-related.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, keeping accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the ZOHO CRM system
- Complete the site visit explaining the USP of the company and project to the clients during the site visit.
- Sales & Negotiation:
- Coordinate property sales, negotiations, and deals in line with client requirements.
- Work closely with clients to finalize contracts, pricing, and property details.
- Act as a coordinator between company, client and the government officers during the registration and loan process
- Follow up the payments with the clients and banks once the deal is closed
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Provide insights to the team to optimize business strategies and align with market demands.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, pre sales, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of project sales.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve overall company goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Marketing, Real Estate, business development or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- A keen interest in the real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
