Cresra is a software development company offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to begin their journey in business development and marketing.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Standard 8-hour shift, flexible between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Hybrid model: alternate days on-site at our Gulberg Greens, Islamabad office, with remote flexibility otherwise

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in client outreach and lead generation activities
• Learn and apply strategies for business development and project acquisition
• Support marketing efforts on professional and freelancing platforms
• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain client relationships

Candidate Profile:

• Fresh graduate or early-career professional, preferably with exposure to marketing, business development, or client communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role
• Professional attitude with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
