Business Development & Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MBA Graduate specializing in Marketing to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business operations, generating client leads, securing investors, and bringing in new projects or subcontract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our residential and commercial projects.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential buyers for flats and properties.
• Identify and approach new clients, builders, and investors for collaboration.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand company reach and brand visibility.
• Source and negotiate projects, subcontracting, and joint venture opportunities.
• Manage investor relations and develop proposals for funding and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Marketing or Business Development (Freshers or Experienced).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate business leads and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of the real estate/construction sector preferred.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented.

Salary:

Attractive package with incentives based on performance and business generated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,011.23 - ₹38,711.03 per month
